About Transformational Coach, DeAndre Davenport

For over 20 years, I’ve supported people who were doing everything “right” on the outside, yet still felt disconnected, overwhelmed, or uncertain about their next step in life. I understand this personally. Healing and growth don’t happen through pressure or performance; they happen through truth, compassion, and guidance. That understanding is what led me to this work.

My ability to guide others began early in life. Long before I had language for it, I intuitively knew I was gifted in advising people. Even as a child, I found myself offering insight to people twice my age, often knowing exactly what to say at the right time. I was shaped by strong role models, especially my father, Carlos Davenport, who was a natural problem solver, advisor, and Deacon of the church we attended. Watching him help others navigate life left a lasting impression on me and quietly formed the foundation of who I would become.

Life also shaped me through hardship. When my parents divorced during my childhood, the experience of loss and separation deeply affected me and my siblings. That early exposure to grief, confusion, and emotional pain sharpened my sensitivity to people going through difficult transitions. Later, reconnecting consistently with my father and being surrounded by leadership, mentorship, and accountability taught me that guidance isn’t about titles or platforms it’s about presence and walking with people where they are.

Outside of my professional work, I am deeply rooted in family and creativity. I have been married for over 15 years and am a proud father of three. Marriage and parenthood continue to teach me about patience, commitment, communication, and growth; lessons that directly inform how I support individuals and couples. I am also a keyboardist and musician, and music has shaped how I understand rhythm, timing, harmony, and listening. These same principles carry into my work with people.

At my core, I am a visionary. I’ve always been able to see what’s possible beyond present circumstances and help others recognize what is emerging in their own lives. I work with individuals of all faiths and belief systems, as well as those with no religious background, offering 1:1 coaching for grief, relationships, and purpose, along with speaking, workshops, and consulting for organizations and churches. My role is not to diagnose or judge, but to walk alongside people as they reconnect to who they are, what matters, and what’s next.
